Projects & Grants
The Projects and Grants Committee coordinates access to funding and supports member organisations to successfully deliver impactful projects. We apply for grants and disburse them to member groups who have the comparative advantage to run projects, whilst providing oversight, monitoring, and guidance. We build capacity, coordinate collaborative partnerships, and ensure our community can access the resources needed to create lasting change.

- Project Design and Implementation Guidance – Guide member groups to develop community -led project proposals, plan activities, set achievable objectives, and manage projects effectively from start to finish
- Capacity Building and Training – Link members to training on grant writing, project management, financial accountability, and impact reporting to enhance the skills of committee members and project leaders
- Coordination of Partnerships and Collaboration – Connect member groups with other community organisations, local councils, and relevant government agencies to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects and expand project reach
