- Access to Culturally Appropriate Counselling – Link families with mental health and trauma counselling services that understand
- African cultural backgrounds and settlement challenges Parenting and Child Education Support – Connect members with workshops and advice on local parenting practices, school systems, supporting children’s bilingual development, and navigating childcare and school enrollment.
- Family Violence and Crisis Intervention – Coordinate marriage workshops and confidential referral pathways to domestic violence counselling, legal support, and crisis intervention services in multiple languages
